When I want a few pieces, I can get exactly what I need and never have to worry about spoilage in the fridge. I also buy the discounted bananas, at the store, peel them and wrap them individually in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer. Right out of the freezer they are like eating banana ice cream and make great smoothies with other ingredients. ** Borrow my 2-4 person cruiser canoe.
